LESSON TIPS
-
For best learning quality, try to situate yourself in a quiet and isolated part of your home. Avoid background noise such as dishwashing, talking, yelling, etc.
-
Ask Questions! You are free to ask questions if you are struggling with something or are confused about anything lesson-related! Your teacher is always happy to help you out.
-
Be On-Time and courteous.
-
Prepare and set up your instrument before your lesson begins so that you can start learning right away.
-
Make sure your internet connection and devices are working.
-
Try to limit the amount of internet usage in your household by prioritizing the internet connection toward your lesson device.
-
Set your devices’ volume high enough so that you can hear your instructor.
-
Use your time wisely. It’s OK to go to the bathroom or leave temporarily for emergency. But keep in mind that this is your lesson time and that your teacher has specifically set up this time for you.
-
Lastly, enjoy your lesson! Play with confidence. Practice daily if possible so that you can continue to make progress and learn even more from your teacher!
